Voice cloning policy: users are only allowed to clone their own voice. Any misuse or unauthorized celebrity voice cloning will result in immediate account termination.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using QuickVid AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. QuickVid AI provides AI-powered script generation, voice narration, voice cloning, and video rendering tools for content creators.
2. Voice Cloning — Own Voice Only
You may only clone your own voice. Before uploading any audio clip, you must confirm that you own the rights to that recording. Cloning another person's voice without their explicit written consent — including any celebrity, public figure, or private individual — is strictly prohibited. Any misuse, impersonation, or unauthorized celebrity voice cloning will result in immediate and permanent account termination, without refund, and may be reported to the relevant authorities. You are solely responsible for the audio you upload and the content you produce with a cloned voice.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use QuickVid AI to create deceptive, defamatory, harassing, or unlawful content; to impersonate any person or entity; to infringe intellectual property rights; or to distribute misinformation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules at our sole discretion.
4. Your Content & License
You retain ownership of the scripts, voices, and videos you create. You grant QuickVid AI a limited license to process your inputs solely to provide the service. You warrant that all material you upload is owned by you or properly licensed to you.
5. Plans, Billing & Refunds
QuickVid AI offers a Free Trial (₹0), a Weekly Growth Pack (₹99), and a Monthly Creator Pro plan (₹399). Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice.
6. Account Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms — including, without limitation, unauthorized voice cloning — or for any conduct we deem harmful to the platform, other users, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard.
7. Disclaimers & Liability
The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickVid AI's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The latest version is always available on this page.
