Your voice stays yours: voice samples are used only to build your private voice model and are deleted when you remove the clone or close your account. Users may only clone their own voice — unauthorized celebrity voice cloning leads to immediate account termination.
1. Data We Collect
We collect account information (name, email), usage data (features used, generation history), and content you create or upload — including text topics, generated scripts, and audio clips submitted for voice cloning.
2. Voice Samples
Audio clips you upload for voice cloning are processed solely to create your personal voice model. You may only upload recordings of your own voice, as required by our Terms of Service. Voice models are private to your account, are never shared with other users, and are deleted when you remove the clone or delete your account.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to operate and improve the service (script generation, narration, video rendering), to process payments, to enforce our acceptable-use and voice-cloning policies, and to communicate service updates. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Third-Party Processors
We use trusted sub-processors for AI generation, hosting, and payments. These providers process data only on our instructions and under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data while your account is active. You can delete generated scripts, cloned voices, and your account at any time; associated personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. Security
We apply industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure; notify us immediately at privacy@quickvid.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact privacy@quickvid.ai to exercise these rights.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect.
